Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The item is significantly different from what was described
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from Rangers Fashion.
Late or Missing Refunds
